Shipping Policy

At Colorado Cubing, we strive to provide our customers with a hassle-free and enjoyable shopping experience. We understand that timely and reliable shipping is an essential part of this experience. Here are our shipping policies:

 

Processing Time:

All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

​Shipping Options:

We offer various shipping options to our customers to choose from. Customers can select their preferred shipping option during checkout. Our shipping options include:

      -  Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days.

      -  Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping option selected.

 Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping option selected, and the weight of the package.

 Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package online.

 International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping.

 Shipping Delays:

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unavoidable situations, there may be delays in shipping. In such cases, we will keep you updated on the status of your order and inform you of any delays.

 Order Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

 Returns:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace the product or issue a refund, depending on the situation. Please note that we do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We accept returns for a refund or exchange when items are damaged in transit, or if the incorrect item was received (must be unopened and sealed).


Refunds and Exchanges

We know how frustrating a damaged item can be. You must contact us at info@coloradocubing.com about any damaged item within 7 days of delivery date to qualify for a resolution of the issue. We require a photo of all damaged items including the packaging and the original item to be returned when providing a resolution. If we do not receive the item back within 10 business days we reserve the right to cancel the refund.


Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.


It is very important to store all cubes properly while not in use, tension cubes accordingly, and apply proper amounts of lubrication to avoid breaks or “popping.”
Our customer satisfaction is our priority.
